Het lesprogramma
Tijdens deze diepgaande training (bestaande uit negen dagdelen van drie uur) leer je stapsgewijs hoe je omgaat met onzekerheid en spanning in een zakelijke context. We kijken verder dan oppervlakkige tips; we duiken in de kern van jouw gedrag. Je leert objectief waarnemen, ontdekt de oorzaken van sub-assertief gedrag en krijgt inzicht in non-verbale communicatie. Door middel van bewezen theorieën en technieken leer je heldere statements maken, verzoeken professioneel weigeren en zakelijke gesprekken met vertrouwen aangaan en sturen.
Dit intensieve traject is opgebouwd uit negen dagdelen, waarin we de volgende pijlers behandelen:
- Inzicht en oorzaken: Wat is assertiviteit? Uitleg over sub-assertief gedrag, non-verbale communicatie en het managen van spanningen.
- Communicatie en empathie: Werken met aannames, vraagtechnieken, objectief waarnemen en het vergroten van empathisch vermogen.
- Grenzen en taalgebruik: Toepassen van de RET-methode, assertief taalgebruik en het professioneel weigeren van verzoeken ('nee' leren zeggen).
- Gesprekstechnieken: Het gesprek aangaan met LSD en STAR, met specifieke focus op functionerings- en beoordelingsgesprekken.
- Presentatie en praktijk: Assertieve rechten, het geven van een toespraak of elevator pitch, en intensieve rollenspellen (eventueel met acteur) om de theorie stevig te borgen.

The training course consists of nine half day sessions of three hours. The fee for this training course is €2,551 per person, including study materials and a certificate of participation, excluding VAT. This training course can be delivered with the involvement of a professional actor.

Practising with a training actor
Theory only really comes to life in practice. A large part of this training course, including the final sessions, can be delivered with the involvement of a professional training actor.
In safe but realistic role play exercises, you practise your new skills and experience directly how your assertive attitude changes the course of a conversation.
