Course programme
In four weeks, we prepare you for the start of your technical HBO degree programme. This foundation course in mathematics and physics is not general tutoring, but a focused programme covering the subjects that first-year technical students most often struggle with.
The structure is clear and intensive. Each course day consists of two blocks. In the morning, from 09:00 to 12:00, we work on your mathematical foundation. In the afternoon, from 13:00 to 16:00, we focus on practical applications in physics. Our experienced lecturers understand where HAVO and MBO students often encounter difficulties and provide the guidance needed to overcome them.

Target audience
Who is this course for?
This foundation course is designed for prospective students with a HAVO or MBO 4 background who will start a technical HBO degree programme after the summer.
Are you starting HBO Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics or a similar technical degree programme, and do you want to avoid falling behind from the start? Then this programme has been developed specifically for you.

Practical information
The course lasts 4 weeks, with 5 course days per week from 09:00 to 16:00. In the morning, we focus intensively on mathematics. In the afternoon, we work on physics. Every Friday, you complete an assessment so we can make sure you have properly mastered the material. At the end of the month, you take a final assessment. After that, you are fully prepared for your technical HBO programme, and of course we will celebrate that with a drink.
