Together, we identify what is needed: a single training course, a tailored programme, an onboarding programme or an internal learning academy. Our training advisers discuss your installations, processes, standards and learning objectives with you, and align the planning with ongoing projects and work schedules.
Sometimes an existing programme is enough. Sometimes we adapt it using your own drawings, procedures or case studies. And sometimes something entirely new takes shape: a pathway that did not yet exist, but that we develop together with your engineers and our lecturers.
This results in training that reflects the reality of the workplace: recognisable, applicable and directly relevant.
Learning from industry professionals
Our lecturers have worked in engineering for decades, at companies such as Shell, SPIE, Worley and Bilfinger. They understand the installations, the pressure of project work and the reality of day to day engineering practice. They bring that experience into the classroom.
That is why our programmes are never abstract. Theory is always connected to recognisable situations from your own working environment. This could be ATEX zoning for your own installation, a PFD or P&ID from a current project, a calibration case from the plant, or a team exercise focused on communication in a multidisciplinary project.
Delivery ranges from technical training courses such as Piping Design & Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Technical Project Management and ATEX, to behaviour focused modules such as Personal Effectiveness for Engineers, Commercial Skills and Effective Communication.
