Focused on your own practice

The training course is aligned with your organisation’s working environment. We use examples, diagrams and case studies from your own projects, from P&IDs for a current project to schedules your team is actively working with. Participants immediately recognise their own situations in the lessons and can apply the knowledge straight away.

One shared language within the team

For both technical training and behavioural and communication training, we work with situations from your own team: role division, collaboration and miscommunication on the work floor. This makes the learning experience concrete and lasting. A company training pathway creates greater cohesion, reduces travel time and establishes a shared way of working, making the training part of the organisation.

Fully tailored to your needs

You determine the content, pace and level of depth. We combine modules from our existing offer or develop new components specifically for your situation. From a single half day session to a programme delivered over several days, at your location or at ours.

More cost effective from five participants

Training several colleagues at the same time is more efficient than individual enrolments. We prepare a clear quotation based on the number of participants, the required content and the location. No hidden costs.

Our approach

Training that fits your organisation’s practice

No two organisations work in exactly the same way. That is why tailored training at Dosign Academy always starts with a conversation about how your organisation works.

Together, we identify what is needed: a single training course, a tailored programme, an onboarding programme or an internal learning academy. Our training advisers discuss your installations, processes, standards and learning objectives with you, and align the planning with ongoing projects and work schedules.

Sometimes an existing programme is enough. Sometimes we adapt it using your own drawings, procedures or case studies. And sometimes something entirely new takes shape: a pathway that did not yet exist, but that we develop together with your engineers and our lecturers.

This results in training that reflects the reality of the workplace: recognisable, applicable and directly relevant.

How it is delivered

Learning from industry professionals

Our lecturers have worked in engineering for decades, at companies such as Shell, SPIE, Worley and Bilfinger. They understand the installations, the pressure of project work and the reality of day to day engineering practice. They bring that experience into the classroom.

That is why our programmes are never abstract. Theory is always connected to recognisable situations from your own working environment. This could be ATEX zoning for your own installation, a PFD or P&ID from a current project, a calibration case from the plant, or a team exercise focused on communication in a multidisciplinary project.

Delivery ranges from technical training courses such as Piping Design & Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Technical Project Management and ATEX, to behaviour focused modules such as Personal Effectiveness for Engineers, Commercial Skills and Effective Communication.

Each training course is adapted to the knowledge level, standards and planning within your organisation, and is always developed for the technical professional. Because our lecturers are engineers themselves, or have worked with technical professionals for many years, they know exactly where the issues arise: in design, in execution or in collaboration.

That makes every training pathway concrete, applicable and directly valuable in the workplace.
