Lesson programme
This is not a generic German course. Our focus is entirely on technical and business communication. That is why every pathway starts with a comprehensive intake, free of charge. During this intake, we assess your current level, whether you have basic school level knowledge or more advanced proficiency, and discuss your specific learning objectives. Based on this intake, we design a tailored language training programme. German grammar and theory are linked directly to real situations from your own working environment. You practise writing accurate professional emails in German, reading technical specifications and conducting formal project discussions.
Programme and learning objectives in brief
The programme is built around the following pillars:
- Grammar and business writing: gaining control of German cases and writing formal emails and quotations accurately.
- Speaking skills and culture: communicating fluently, using the correct forms of address and understanding German business etiquette.
- Presentation skills: being able to present a convincing, technically substantive story to German clients.
Practical exercises: working directly with your own cases and role plays based on your specific workplace.

Practical information
Depending on your wishes and needs, we tailor the training programme to your situation. A pathway of 15 or 20 lessons of 1.5 hours is common. The exact dates are determined in consultation with the trainer.
The training course can take place at Dosign Academy in Rotterdam or Tilburg, but also in-company or at another location. Online training, for example via Skype or MS Teams, is also possible.
