We do not believe in standard integration textbooks; technical professionals have different learning needs. That is why every pathway starts with an extensive intake, free of charge. During this intake, we determine the participant’s current level, for example NT2, and discuss the specific learning objectives.
Based on this conversation, we design a tailored language training programme. All theory is linked directly to practical exercises within the context of the technical workplace. We cover grammar and speaking skills, but also practise writing clear Dutch emails, project reports and technical documentation.

Because the Professional Dutch programme is fully tailored to the intake, the content is always relevant. The emphasis is on the following pillars:
- Grammar and business writing: Writing formal emails correctly and preparing clear technical reports in Dutch.
- Speaking skills and pronunciation: Communicating fluently and confidently with Dutch-speaking colleagues, suppliers and clients.
- Presentation skills: Delivering a convincing, technically substantive presentation in Dutch.
- Practical exercises: Working directly with your own cases, such as manuals, workplace situations and technical documents.

Practical information
Depending on your wishes and needs, we tailor the training programme to your situation. A pathway of 15 or 20 lessons of 1.5 hours is common. The exact dates are determined in consultation with the trainer.
The training course can take place at Dosign Academy in Rotterdam or Tilburg, but can also be delivered as an in-house training programme or at another location. Online training, for example via Skype or Microsoft Teams, is also possible.
