In our one-to-one coaching pathways, you receive focused guidance in developing towards specific professional goals within your technical role. While a regular training course follows a fixed programme, this pathway is shaped around your personal development needs. Your coach guides the process and supports you with theory, targeted exercises and role plays.
The main advantage of this learning format is its intensity: you receive full personal attention and can work on topics in a highly specific and individual way.
Programme structure
Although the content depends on your personal learning objectives, we use a clear and structured approach to safeguard the result.
- Intake with coach and coachee: We discuss the goals and define the coaching agreement. We manage expectations and jointly determine the format, content and practical arrangements.
- Intake with the employer, if desired: A more in-depth consultation of approximately 1.5 hours with the employer or client to align the goals properly with the organisational context.
- One-to-one sessions: The selected topics are addressed and applied directly through practical exercises and role plays with the coach.
- Interim evaluations: Together with you, and where applicable with the client, we adjust the pathway where needed.
- Final evaluation: We measure progress and conclude the pathway in a results-oriented way.

Behaviour often plays a greater role than expected. Differences in pace, communication style and response patterns can cause conversations to become difficult, expectations to remain unspoken and decisions to be delayed or avoided. DISC makes this behaviour visible.
In this training course, we do not approach DISC as a model you need to memorise, but as a practical tool for understanding collaboration more effectively. You work with your own DISC profile and gain insight into how you communicate, respond and make decisions, especially in situations where pressure increases or interests differ. From that insight, you learn to recognise behaviour in others. You learn to pick up signals during conversations and better understand why someone responds in a certain way.
As a result, you will recognise more quickly where communication breaks down and what is needed to steer the conversation back in the right direction.
